A snapshot, not a verdict

We're looking for young adult leaders who want a snapshot of where their group actually stands. The questions are anonymous and don't ask for anything personal or private, just their perspective. In most cases, the questions themselves start good conversations. It takes less than five minutes, and right now the results and follow up are completely free.

About

The LEAD Well exists to provide the structural framework that targets the life and faith stage development needs of young adults, through a faith-grounded and research-backed approach.

Discipleship, or as we prefer to say it, apprenticeship, is an intentional process that produces a desired outcome. We want to see faith owned, not just borrowed. Healthy relationships formed, not assumed. Purpose realized and acted on, not just talked about.

All people are searching for answers to these questions, but young adults uniquely face a convergence of pressure and demand to answer them, often all at once, with no one walking alongside them while they do.

We believe helping young adults become healthy, whole adults, who know who they are, where they belong, and what they're capable of, and who follow Jesus for a lifetime, takes more than good intentions.

We want to see churches, ministries, and businesses dedicate themselves to leading young adults well, with intentionality.
